I get such joy from being with couples on their journey through conception and pregnancy. I am honoured to witness the awesome power of birth and the amazing strength that all women embody on their own unique journey and to "hold the space" so couples can welcome their newborn in open trust and love.

I love empowering women to take charge of their health, to learn about their cycles and ways to achieve or avoid pregnancy naturally, and to know that there are natural and healthy ways to manage women's health conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis.
