I have previously worked in a specialised centre providing acupuncture to women undergoing IVF treatment and have been involved in fertility and pregnancy research at the Centre for Complementary Research at the University of Western Sydney. As a midwife I provide full antenatal, labour, birth and postnatal care to women in the community. I believe that birth unfolds best where women feel the safest and can labour as undisturbed as possible. This is individual to each woman and may be their home, a birth centre or hospital. I support women to birth at the venue of their choice. I offer my knowledge and clinical skills to assist women in making informed decisions for themselves and their family based on their own values, beliefs and experiences. You can read more about my midwifery services here> If you want more check out my new blog, 'like' my facebook page or join my newsletter for articles and information on our monthly mums meetups.
